Faith is wrestling with God. Faith is trusting that God will wrestle back. Faith is looking into the empty tomb and trusting that Jesus will come out. Faith is belief in the future, trusting that something good can happen. Faith is not blind hope that something good will happen. It trusts in God’s assurance that everything is in God’s hands. Political divisions have always existed. During some periods, the chasm between different sides is bigger than at other times. Christians can have faith that God is bigger than our differences.
