Audio, Photograph, and Video Release
By my participation in this event, I grant permission to the rights of my image likeness and sound of my voice as recorded as a photograph, or on audio or video tape, without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image(s) may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.
I understand this permission signifies that photographic or audio/video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the internet or in the public educational and marketing settings. There is no time limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of this event.
Liability Waiver
By my participation in this event, I acknowledge and agree that I am undertaking to participate in the event activities as my own voluntary and intentional act. I agree that I alone am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of participating in any conference activity, and I understand that there is risk associated with my participation, which may include without limitation, injury or loss caused by my own negligence or the negligence of others. With knowledge and acceptance of the risks involved, I accept full responsibility for my own safety and well-being. In consideration of my participation in event activities, I hereby waive, release, hold harmless, and discharge Enliven Your Tribe, LLC and its officers, directors, affiliates, advisors, and employees from any and all loss or injury that may be suffered by me in connection with event activities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
